Good Hand Co. helps a customer describe a home project, collects prices from independent businesses, and processes the customer’s payment. The business named on the option performs the work.

Good Hand is not the licensed contractor for plumbing, heating, electrical, or other regulated work unless it actually holds that credential. Marketing and this product must not say otherwise. A coordinator should confirm credentials before regulated work is dispatched.

The price you approve is the full amount you pay Good Hand. It is not presented as the provider’s raw bid. Provider payouts are calculated separately and held until completion rules are met: your confirmation, or a release by operations after the stated completion window.

Submitting a project does not book anyone and does not create an account. Choosing a provider and authorizing payment does.

Cancellations before work starts void the authorization. Problems after that are disputes: payout stays on hold until a person resolves them. Financing, if offered later, comes from a third-party lender. Good Hand is not the lender.

Questions about contractor classification, marketplace payments, and Alaska licensing need human legal review before this language is relied on.
